    先把焗炉预热180度,平底锅加油烧热,放韭菜炒至七成熟。Preheat the oven to 180℃. Heat pan add oil to fry leeks until 70% cooked.

    碗内打2只鸡蛋,加入一半芝士碎、鲜奶和调味搅匀,把车厘茄片放上,再洒上剩余芝士碎。Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add half portion parmesan cheese, fresh milk and seasoning to mix well, put cherries on top, and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

    放入烤箱焗20分钟,至表面金黄熟透即可享用。Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden and cooked. Enjoy.
